چگونه وضو بگیریم؟

 How to Perform Wudhu (Ablution)?

بهتر است، پیش از وضو، دستها را تا مچ بشوییم، ولی این شستن، جزو اعمال وضو نمی باشد.

Before performing Wudhu (Ablution), it’s better to wash our hands starting from the wrist to the fingers, of course this kind of washing is not part of the procedure of wudhu (Ablution).

-۱    نیت می کنیم، یعنی با قصد انجام وضو و برای اطاعت از دستور خداوند عالم، وضو را آغاز می کنیم.

۱: We declare our intention for performing Ablution in our heart, that is with the intention (Niyyat) of performing the ablution and following the instructions of God, we start on the Ablution. 

۲- به نیت وضو صورت را از بالا به پایین – از جایی که موی سر روییده تا چانه – می شوییم.

۲-With the intention of the Ablution, we wash our face from the hairline (where hair grows) to the chin bone.

۳- پس از شستن صورت، دست راست را از آرنج تا نوک انگشتان، از بالا به پایین، می شوییم.

۳- After washing the face, we wash the right hand from above the elbow (the lower part of the upper arm) down to the fingertips in that direction.

۳- بعد از شستن دست راست، دست چپ را مانند دست راست می شوییم.

۳- After washing the right hand, we do the same with the left hand.

۴- بعد از شستن صورت و دست ها با رطوبتی که بر دست مانده، جلوی سر را مسح می کنیم؛ یعنی دست را بر سرگذاشته و کمی به طرف پیشانی می کشیم.

۴- After washing the face and the hands, we draw a line with the soakness of the right hand fingertips from the top of our head to the forehead.

۵- پس از مسح سر، پای راست را از نوک انگشت تا آخر روی پا (مفصل) مسح می کنیم.

۵- After wetting our forehead, we do the same from the toes of our right foot up to the ankle.

۶- و در پایان پای چپ را مانند پای راست مسح می کنیم و با این عمل وضو تمام می شود.

۶- Finally, we repeat the same with the left foot and by this, the procedure of thye Ablution is completed.
